We had a great experience with Tom’s Truck Center. We brought our truck in for service, and from the beginning, they were honest, professional, and very helpful. A special thank you to Opedro Garcia, who went above and beyond to help us. He took the extra time to look into our situation and made sure our truck repairs were covered under warranty, which we truly appreciate. It’s hard to find a shop that you can trust, and their honesty and customer service really stood out. We will definitely be bringing our trucks back to Tom’s Truck Center and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service!

Nicole, Thank you for the billboard placement! July 2023 was our first advertisement on Tom's Trucks giant i5 sign. Nicole then gave me another opportunity for this month and we appreciate it very much.

Great service is always appreciated.. We always have our hino truck serviced by Tom's truck center in Santa Fe Springs. They provide same day service which is great for us because we can't afford to have one of our unit's down for extended periods of time for repairs due to the loss of income that would have on us. And they have also provided us with mobile service to our facility for a full vehicle scan of any pending codes or recalls free of charge which is every convenient.

My husband and I got the best VIP treatment with Mike Hacken @ Tom's Truck Center. He sold us our very first ever refrigerated commercial truck for our beverage manufacturing business. It was a new experience for us, and we did a lot of research beforehand, and once we found the truck that fit what we were looking for, Mike was there from the start, being very responsive to our questions, and adjusted his schedule late on a weekend to meet with us to go over the truck's features and the financing options. Finding ways to get successful financing was a little challenging, but Mike pulled through for us and found a great financing company to help us make our first truck ownership a reality! We LOVE our Isuzu FTR. And it's going to look even better with our company's name and logo put on the side doors, which Mike offered as a little present for us as a thank you. He shared with us the proof of the art work and our truck will look more amazing and professional! Keeping compliance in mind, Mike informed us about the critical rules of owning and driving a commercial truck and he provided some helpful resources to obtaining a DOT#, Motor Carrier Permit, and CA #, which have been

We just took delivery of another truck from Tom's. Mike Hacken again was great in helping us specify and build our custom FTR flat bed vacuum truck. We appreciate Mike's knowledge and patience. Thanks Mike. REM just picked up another FTR at Toms. Mike Hacken has helped us dial in the specs for our FTR's that are fitted with vacuum systems. This combination produces a vehicle perfectly suited for our stormwater BMP services. Thanks again Mike.
